objectives to be attained by the Board of Education in
the district.

Regulations
Regulations are rules developed by the administration
for the implementation of policy in a school district.
Procedures
Procedures are plans indicating how specific staff
members, students and others are involved in
implementing activities consistent with regulations and
policies in the district.
