Transcript Requests

If you would like to request your personal transcript from the Greater Johnstown School District located in Johnstown, NY, please email the High School Counseling Department secretary Carm Anagnostopulos. 

You will need to provide the following information:

1. Your name at the time of your graduation and, if necessary, your name now;
2. Your date of birth;
3. Your graduation year;
4. The name and address you would like the transcript mailed to;
5. A phone number where we can reach you in the event there is a problem locating your transcript.

If you do not have access to the internet, please call (518) 762-4664 and leave a message with the above mentioned information.

If you are a screening company requesting a transcript for a student attending Johnstown High School in Johnstown, New York, please email your request – along with a signed release – to Carm Anagnostopulos.
